Cancellation Policy
What technology do I need to attend the conference?
A stable internet connection and access to Zoom. You will receive relevant Zoom links with your booking confirmation – you will need to register with Zoom and add the event to your calendar.
Will the conference sessions be recorded?
Yes. All conference sessions are recorded and made available via the AC Digital Learning Hub after the event.
Do I receive CPD hours for attendance?
All conference sessions count toward Continuing Professional Development (CPD). A personalized CPD certificate will be emailed to all registered participants after the conference – up to 9.25 CPD hours based on live attendance (Day One 4.0h, Day Two 5.25h, Both Days 9.25h).
Can I transfer my ticket or change a participant’s name?
The tickets are not transferable. Contact us if you have a situation that requires a name change: enquiries@associationforcoaching.com
